This is not for Retail/Cashier Customer Service, this is a fast passed healthcare distributor/manufacturer seeking qualified applicants to have experience in Taking orders, following up with Customers, Product explanation and very detailed oriented.
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide product support to customers and sales representatives. Processing of orders received from customers electronically, faxed and verbally
2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Customer Service Manager
Enter orders, confirm orders and proof orders
Provide product support to customers & sales representatives
Print a hard copy of the order
Print the order (a pick) and give to warehouse to process
Process credit and dealer applications
Provide return authorizations
Print orders in warehouse report and check status of order
Process drop ship orders that are ready to invoice
Correct errors in shipping
File claims with shipping partners for damaged or lost product
Allocating of received product
Handle customer complaint calls, log, start QC
Any duties deemed necessary by manager
4. SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
4 year degree prefered
1-3 years customer service experience
Ability to multi-task effectively
Good oral and written communication skills
5. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Able to sit for long periods of time
