Healthmark Industries is looking for a multi-faceted technical coordinator to develop customer facing content, presentations and documents for the company.

Responsibilities:

Developing product and partner technical content, including IFU’s, customer education materials, sales enablement content, and more.
Work closely with Educational Director and Marketing team to develop technical and product support of new and existing products. This includes, but is not limited to: IFU’s , educational documents, powerpoint slides, videos and product research.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our products and the documentation requirements.
Summarize and translate technical documentation into content for non-technical audiences.
Maintain records and files of work and revisions, and revise documents as new issues arise.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. Prepare instruction manuals, training materials, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
Work across teams to constantly seek new pieces of content to be written or expanded on.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Provide logistical support to Customer Educational activities, including planning, scheduling, financial tracking and management of consultants.
Any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

At least two years of experience is required ( i.e.within a Sterile Processing/Operating Room).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience and knowledge of the inner working of Sterile Processing and Operating Room
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge of process and department procedure will provide resourceful executions to technical materials and successful product launches.
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to communicate and present technical data, analysis
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
