HEALTHMARK JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Product  Associate

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Marketing Department/Office

 

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support marketing, sales, customer service and procurement teams by managing the process of new product launches for Healthmark Industries.

 

2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Marketing Manager

3. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating reports, schedules and other documents pertaining to new product launches and other   marketing/sales activities.
  • Manage departmental projects or coordinate project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for new product launches.
  • Create process documents using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Work closely with other team members to assess current processes and tools, identify and recommend improvements, and plan/coordinate implementation of those improvements.
  • Assist team lead with reports, schedules and other marketing/sales related activities.
  •  Work with other duties as assigned.

 

4. SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing and/or Communications
  •  Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  •  Capable of working independently as well as with teams.
  •  Excellent communication and written skills.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  •  Computer Programming skills a plus.
